Our Process
Step 1: Discovery Call
Let’s start with a conversation.

This initial call is an opportunity for us to get to know you, your home, and what you’re hoping to create. We’ll talk about what matters most to you — how you’d like to use your outdoor space, the features you’re drawn to, your ideal timeline, and the investment you’re comfortable with.

More than anything, this is a chance for you to feel heard. By understanding your priorities from the very beginning, we can ensure the design process feels aligned, thoughtful, and tailored entirely to you.

Step 2: Landscape Consultation
Next, we’ll meet with you on-site to experience your property together. This is one of our favourite parts of the process — spending time getting to know you, your home, and how you hope to live outdoors.

As we walk through your landscape, we’ll talk about what’s working well, what may need attention, and the opportunities your space holds. Most importantly, we’ll listen. This is your time to share your ideas, your inspirations, and how you envision your outdoor space feeling and functioning.

Building trust and understanding at this stage lays the foundation for a design that truly reflects you.

Step 3: Landscape Design
This is where your vision begins to take shape.

We’ll present your landscape design in either 2D or 3D — whichever format feels most helpful to you — so you can clearly see how your ideas and aspirations have been translated into a cohesive plan.

As we walk through the design together, we’ll explain how each space supports your lifestyle, highlight the features you were excited to include, and share how we thoughtfully addressed any challenges along the way. This is a collaborative conversation, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, share feedback, and ensure everything feels aligned. We also discuss any changes and design revisions.

Step 4: Landscape Installation
When your design is complete and ready to come to life, we’ll help you take the next step with confidence. We connect you with our trusted landscape partners — professionals we know share our commitment to quality and care — and introduce you so installation can be coordinated smoothly and thoughtfully.
